In 2008, Marc Rousso lost everything. His real estate business collapsed. He owed millions. For five years, he didn’t take a paycheck — while facing two brain surgeries and the loss of people closest to him.

He rebuilt, scaling JayMarc Homes into a $100M+ luxury homebuilding company. But the harder work wasn’t the financial recovery. It was rebuilding his definition of what success actually meant. The Life Business Plan is what came out of that process.

From homebuilder to Fatboy Slim's opening act.

At 52, with no background in music, Marc decided to apply his own framework to something completely outside his world: DJing. Three years later, he opened for Fatboy Slim in Miami and had over 70,000 monthly Spotify listeners. Same system. Different arena. That’s the proof of concept.
